A great night was had by all on Friday 7th November as Envirocare staff and franchisees celebrated a record breaking year with their annual conference and evening dinner and award ceremony, at the same time supporting JDRF – a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of those with Type 1 Diabetes.
Franchise Managers and their staff and families came from all over the country for the event, with winners and runners up prizes in 4 categories.
Envirocare Brand Champion
The award that rewards the most active, and consistent promoters of the Envirocare Brand, focussing on business growth and building a healthy pipeline irrespective of the size of the business.
Runner up: Matthew Astley (Lancaster and Morecombe)
Winner: Paul Scott (Durham)
Quality Champion of the Year
Quality is key at Envirocare and the winner of this award came from a combination of the results taken from operational quality audits, customer satisfaction surveys and the independent Health and Safety Audits.
The winning business may not be the biggest in the network, but in terms of quality will be right at the top.
Runner up: Ian Morton (Newcastle)
Winner: Raoul Charmetton (South Birmingham)
Envirocare Method Champion 2014
Whilst the Envirocare business is not rocket science, there are a number of procedures that have to be adhered to, as a business owner and a depot. The winner of this category would need to demonstrate that they adhere closely to the method, as well as to the requirements set down by Head Office and our national clients.
Runner up: Jeff Carr (St Helens)
Winner: Ben Grose (Chelmsford)
Franchisee of the Year 2014
Our runner up and winner demonstrated not only business success but also consistent levels of service and a good understanding of their business. They are enthusiastic toward the brand, and good ambassadors of the Envirocare business.
Runner up: Raoul Charmetton (South Birmingham)
Winner: Gary Newton (Southampton)
Well done to all the winners and runners up, and thanks for your generous support of this worthwhile charity – we raised a very respectable £1,000+.
