Your initial license will allow you to trade as Envirocare in an exclusive territory. Our territories have been defined to include an equal number of prospective customers in each. We’ll discuss the selection of the right territory for you during the franchise matching process.
As you grow and develop your business, you may decide to expand into a neighbouring territory, as a number of our existing franchisees have done.
The North of England is well covered from our existing Leyland, Lancaster/ Morecambe, Chester, Newcastle but elsewhere there are opportunities to build your Envirocare Franchise in every region. Some territories have existing national account work ready to give you a head start.
Our Head Office is an experienced team of people dedicated to growing and supporting our network – as you would expect from a company with a commitment to growing successful, sustainable businesses.

Following the startup package and Franchise training and launch, all of our franchisees benefit from:
- A franchisee mentor for the first year – we believe our Head Office support is the best-in-the-business, but sometimes it’s good to talk to someone who’s been in your shoes. The franchisee you work with during your initial training will be “on call” to chat for your first year.
- Annual Performance and Business Plan Review with the Managing Director and Head Office team.
- Annual Charity Ball (November) – a great opportunity to raise some money for our chosen charity, share stories at the end of the busy “growing” season and let your hair down!
What can be achieved?
This is a scalable business model, limited only by your energy and commitment. Our Leyland depot started as an empty barn and now employs over 80 people.
Turnovers of £500k and beyond are possible, with greater opportunity for those who wish to expand beyond their initial area.
By following our model, net profits of >35% are achievable. We’ll be happy to share full details of the range and average performance of our franchise areas during your Discovery Session at Head Office, once you have signed our Confidentiality Agreement – it’s the sort of check we would want to make before investing. But as a guide, our franchisees achieved an average EBITDA of over 22% based on their last full year’s trading accounts.
